Carlo is a lead gameplay animator specializing in real-time animation pipelines for AAA and co-op game production. He currently works at Ubisoft Bordeaux as Lead Gameplay Animator on Assassin’s Creed Shadows, where he contributes to gameplay animation planning, technical implementation, and bug fixing. He also supported the game’s crossover event with Dead by Daylight, handling gameplay animation and production support.
Previously, he spent four years at Streum On Studio, leading animation for Daimon Blades and managing full pipeline development from rigging and mocap to Unreal Engine 5 integration and team leadership. His earlier work includes cinematics and gameplay animation on Necromunda: Hired Gun.
Carlo trained and developed his Unreal Engine teaching and technical expertise with Epic Games, where he also served as a TA and instructor for gameplay systems and animation workflows. He is an Unreal Authorized Instructor Gold and a graduate of GOBELINS Paris, combining strong technical direction with hands-on production experience.
