Darrell Vasquez

Darrell is a Senior Gameplay Animator at Insomniac Games, currently working as a Senior Traversal Animator on Marvel's Wolverine. Prior to returning to games, he worked across film, commercials, VFX, and VR.

During his earlier time at Insomniac Games, he contributed to titles including Ratchet & Clank, Sunset Overdrive, and Fuse. He later transitioned into feature animation at Reel FX, contributing to Rock Dog and other projects in development and pre-production.

While a co-owner of Lagoon Black Studios, Darrell supervised cinematic trailers and marketing content for films such as Scoob!, UglyDolls, and Wonder Park. He has also freelanced on projects including PAW Patrol: The Movie, PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, Peter Pan & Wendy, and additional film and commercial work.
